Considering Bush's unique condition,

his anal-cranial inversion, it must have been interesting for the Dr. performing his colonoscopy. First, his head would have to be removed from the area to be examined. After the 'scope' was removed, to maintain his degree of comfort, I assume he would have had his dense noggin firmly reinserted. We'll see if his rapidly diminishing fans continue to follow his lead, and briefly remove their heads from their arses, and take a look around. I doubt it.....
