I love this picture


because I can remember the moment so clearly. All of a sudden it hit me! My little girl is REALLY getting married, and moving away. Was fighting hard to keep the tears away, and not totally succeeding. Then she gave me that great smile, and I knew everything was OK, even though I did forget to wear my shoes....

Seems as though, you "little girl" was holding on tightly to Daddy, too. Look closely at the photo.

Never noticed how tight she was holding on to me. Was definitely fight tears at the time, and not too successfully.
