Trouble in Paradise


For those of you who joined us at IberroStar, for Ted and Kari's wedding, on 5-6-07, this may be kinda shocking. This is the beach now, or about a week ago. May well be worse by now, as it was eroding as we were there. Several of the palapas and palm trees are GONE, as well as the long, sloping, sandy beach. Had heard of global warming raising water levels and destroying villages in Alaska and Malaysia, but didn't think would happen this soon in my favorite beach resort. There hasn't been a hurricane since we were there, and I would hate to think what one would do now.

Just wait 'til Bonehead leads us all over the cliff, to save his 2% buddies having to pay a little higher tax. The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap.
