Coincidence?

The ONLY time in our nations' history, that control of the Air Force left the military's control, was when Cheney took control during an 'exercise' on Sept 11, 2001. Just look at the following flight paths, and see if MAYBE, someone could have seen something was going on, a few days after Bush received the memo, "Bin Laden determined to strike within US".
