Can FOX sink any lower?

Apparently yes, as their Shep Smith called the killing of Bin Laden, 'illegal and unconstituional', on Tuesday's "Studio B."
Smith is not the only Fox host to raise questions about the operation's legality. Fox Business anchor Andrew Napolitano explicitly called the killing illegal on his Monday show, saying it violated the Constitution and several treaties.
Just when you think they can't get any sleazier....

And all the deaths fostered by Osama bin laden were legal? The bombing of the USS Cole? 9-11? Embassy bombings? Killing of innocent civilians in the name of Allah? The hatred of America? Suicide missions carried out by children, women, men with promises of riches in the afterlife?
Is it me or has FOX gone off the deep end? Anything to disagree with Obama, don't you think? Afterall, Osama was killed on his watch, yes? Had it been on Dubya's command, Hail to the Chief and pass the Blue ribbon beer!
