Finished up my 'Crop Circles' book,

and didn't get any real answers. Lots of anomalies, and lots of hoaxes going on. One thing I did realize, is a possible explanation. The area around Stonehenge, the epicenter of the activity, has seen tourists for centuries, and the locals have learned how to make a good living from the gawkers. Not saying the crop circles are another 'cottage industry' of the enterprising natives, but when I learned about all the tours, trinkets, lectures, flights, etc, I couldn't help but wonder. Too much unexplained phenomena, though, like the 'bent, not broken' plant stalks, that differentiate obvious hoaxes from the 'real thing', and major circles, etc, being created within seconds or minutes, right under the noses of shocked observers, many being military and pilots.
