In the Etch a Sketch world

of Repub politics, at least one thing is gonna be tough for Mitt to erase. That doesn't mean he isn't going to try. With all the terrible economic history of his governorship, he did do a great job with health care in the state. Now he has to deny it all, to please the right wingers who support him.

Massachusetts residents who file a state tax return have to provide proof that they have health insurance. If they can afford insurance but don’t have it, they must “pay a penalty through their tax returns,” according to the state Department of Revenue’s Web site. This is all thanks to former Gov. Mitt Romney, who set up the system — the best of its kind in the country — and is now trying to pretend he doesn’t remember how it works.
Will be funny to watch him skip and dodge the facts, but nothing new there...
