Is very interesting,

to see the Colo legislature try to make laws concerning 'recreational' cannabis, when it becomes obvious that the laws on 'medical MJ' are bogus, in flux, not funded and not uniformly inforced. BUT, Colo's experience on the subject puts us 'out in front', and the 'experts' as we move past the criminal phase toward recognizing that MANY adults think 'smoking' is comparable to 'drinking', and NOone should go to jail for it. Will be interesting to see how it all shakes out.
