It's that time of year,

when fresh salmon is available. Yahoo! Had some sockeye tonight, on a cedar plank, on the grill, with butter, lime and soy sauce, with shards of cedar continually adding smoke flavor. Along with broiled, split zucchini and a baked potato, it's really hard to beat. Flaky, moist and flavorful. Yummmm...
