One more time,

for those Fox News viewers who always tell me, 'We're #1'. That is only because the viewers of 'real' news outlets are split among MANY networks, including ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, Reuters, Bloomberg, CNBC, ESPN etc, while the whack-jobs gather in one place. The highest ratings for FOX came in at 3.3 million, (out of over 300 million people in the US), BUT, FOX does win for most having the most rabid fans, though the average age is over 65, and climbing. According to Wikipedia,

FNC saw a large ratings jump during the early stages of the Iraq conflict. According to some reports, at the height of the conflict Fox News had as much as a 300-percent increase in viewership (averaging 3.3 million viewers daily).[37]

So please, don't tell me anymore how popular FOX is. Meth has a huge following too, but it doesn't mean it's good, merely addictive, in a similarly harmful way, as in 'getting what you want', while shutting out the real world.
