As we hear the steadily increasing drumbeat from FOX and the chickenhawks that the US needs to ATTACK! somewhere, (and there are LOTS of choices after 'GW and The Dick' destabilized the entire middle east with their poorly thought out wars), we need to consider an obvious fact. The reason the American public is 'gun-shy and war weary' and the military is 'extra cautious', is that they were lied to, and USED, and now, because of the recklessness of the prior administration(R), we are perhaps TOO cautious. Just like the banking industry, who under the Bushies(R) would give a mortgage to any liar who wanted it, and then package the worthless loans and sell them as AAA, (wrecking the economy of the US and a large part of the world), the pendulum has swung TOO far in the opposite direction. To atone for the sins of the prior crooks(R), it is now TOO hard to get home loans, even for the deserving. As always, we go from one extreme to another, after excesses by a few cause damage to the many. We're gradually healing from the Bush(R) years, but financially and militarily it's gonna take a long time. AND, if there's one thing you can be sure of, it's that Bullshit Mountain(R) is gonna whine and blame everything on the black guy in the white house, as they conveniently 'forget' how we got into the mess we currently find in the middle east, and the banking industry. Nothing new here....
