'What's he talking about?', after the Orange Clown is threatening to 'use his powers', to get some kind of documents(?). you know the Liar in Chief is just trying to muddy the waters and 'fade the heat' as all eyes are on Mueller's investigation, while Dotard shuffles lawyers to avoid impeachment/jail for his Russian ties.

The president didn’t specify the documents he says the DOJ won't release. He also didn't say which presidential powers he is referring to, though it could be anything from declassifying files to extracting documents sought by Congress to perhaps intervening in the Russia probe.
