Bailey's buddy,

challenging her to come outside and play. Not sure what Bailey would do, if they ran into each other, but they sure do watch each other through the window and get all excited. This morning, Bailey was with me as I was hot tubbing and a big flicker kept getting closer to her. Our 'scaredy cat' finally ran for the open door to the house. Not such a tuff kitty after all..

Our Border Collie/American Husky mix, Luckey, simply barks as our squirrls run across the top of our fence or the electric lines at the back of our house. Sophie, at age, 15, our Cocker,is going blind, so she barks when Luckey barks. The squirrls like to crawl on our screens in the front to get our attention, so we'll go outside to give them crackers with peanut butter and honey. I used to have names for the squirrls that would come around. Before Luckey came to live with us, we'd have birds nesting in our outdoor lights and barbque. Now we just have yellow jackets in the summer!
