Top Trump Officials Privately Warned Him About Netanyahu 'Bulls**t' Before War

A report published Tuesday details about President Donald Trump's decision to start a war with Iran, including an inside look at Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's pitch to the president for military action.

The Times explains how U.S. officials told Trump elements of Netanyahu's plan for war were "farcical” (in the words of CIA Director John Ratcliffe) or "bullshit" (Marco Rubio) and notes Gen. Dan Caine, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, outlined concerns about a war with Iran that Trump largely ignored.
