There was a time, recently,

when I was 'depressed', as I looked back at 'less than ideal' decisions I have made, and saw the future, as in my dad's old body. It was not good. BUT, as I realize that I can't change the past, or control the future, I can only live in the present, and I have a pretty good 'present'. Life is about attitude and living in the moment. Yahoo! Life could be much worse, as I enjoy my life, with a loving family, relatively good health and a comfortable home in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Life Is Good!, and I need to appreciate my many blessings, rather than looking at the negatives...
