If you've wasted time here,
today's post may make it all worth while. For the last 40 some years I have tried to make good BBQ ribs, and today, I finally figured out how, with a totally original recipe. WOW! It is SO good, and easy, and I'm willing to share. Baby backs are best, but I'm sure others would work.
Start out by wrapping the ribs, lightly seasoned, meat down, in alum foil, with BBQ sauce on top, on the upper rack of your BBQ grill, on medium heat, cooking in the juice for approx 40 mins. Unwrap and place meat side up, slathered in sauce, on the upper rack, with the foil, containing the juice, on the lower rack, to moisurize the ribs for the next 20 mins, at a slightly lower heat. It's that easy and they are FANTASTIC!. Moist and flavorful and very easy. Try it, you'll love it. You're welcome, and a good payback for any wasted time, in the past. Carol and I agree, they are the best ever, BY FAR. (FYI, they really look like the pic).
