Kinda interesting,


how the media is finally saying there's a better chance of a 'double-dip' recession. Duhhh... You don't have to be an economic genius to see that we are headed down. Federal stimulus that isn't working, and is gonna be cut back, while home values are headed south, unemployment headed up, state budgets, depending upon sales tax, property tax etc, getting gutted, which will mean more unemployment and less spending and less hiring. A snowball rolling downhill, picking up momentum, with no positive end in sight. The only question is when the Bush recession officially becomes a 'Depression', like we haven't seen since the 30's. If you don't see it or don't believe it, you just ain't payin' attention. Thanks again, George.

Oh yes, there are many "stupid" people still milling about. They're called the "Tea Party" or "Tea Baggers" or "Palin's Party". They want it all on Obama's head. They've forgotten or forgiven Dubya's debt to society, just like we forgave Reagan for Deregulation which begat this entire snowball to hell. Why do banks have so much power? Deregulation! Why do huge, companies have so much power? Deregulation! The stroke of a pen can do so much damage.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap.
