Interesting story on NBC news, tonight.

Pontiac, Michigan used to be a prosperous US city, before the Bush administration, when the price of oil went from under $14/bbl, to over $140. W's contributors made huge fortunes, as did Cheney's Halliburton buddies, BUT, Michigan residents, 'not so much', as the US auto industry crashed, with the rest of our economy. Just one of the many casualties of the Bush years, as  Pontiac is just a shadow of it's former self. Damn lamestream media. Don't they know, it's Obama's fault?

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

Just wait 'til Bonehead leads us all over the cliff, to save his 2% buddies having to pay a little higher tax. The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap. They keep forgetting we're not all a bunch of FOXNews sheep, who'll swallow whatever swill is shoveled to them.
