If you only see one,

Bill Maher show this year, you should see this week's. He starts out with Dan Rather, who was sacked, cuz he reported that GWBush ducked out of his Nat'l Guard tour, after he was placed there by his well connected father. He didn't show up for a year, BUT, when Rather reported on it, the Pubs changed the question and muddied the waters cuz of one document that may or may not have been original. Total crap from the Pubs, again, that allowed W to duck the question, and the Pubs had their right wing victory, while the people were denied the actual issue. SO typical, for the sheep who can forgive war crimes, but come unglued about a prez getting a BJ.

Rather was canned because he used a forged document as his basis for his report.

And Maher is not a source of "facts." He's an idiot. And so are you for watching him.

Rather didn't know it was a forged document, but the basis of his report wasn't changed by one document. Bush skipped out on a year of Nat'l Guard service and got away with it cuz of his connections. Maher has many facts, presented with a humor and an attitiude, which I like. I'll put him against FOX, your source of 'facts' any day.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW.
