Conservative commentator P J ORourke died yesterday. Unlike many CC renters PJ was articulate, intelligent

 and had a biting wit. 

He was smart enough to recognize that Trump was/is an arrogant, egotistical disaster, just waiting to happen.

Like other longtime conservatives, O’Rourke’s loyalties were tested by the rise of Donald Trump. O’Rourke had little use for Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton in 2016, but he found he could live with her “empty promises.”

“It’s the second worst thing that can happen to this country. But she’s way behind in second place. I mean, she’s wrong about absolutely everything, but she’s wrong within normal parameters,” he said on NPR.

“I mean, this man (Trump) just can’t be president.”

PJ O’Rourke: “I thought Trump was unstable and dangerous. I still do”.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW.
