Pistol Pete is an incompetent jerk, and proves it almost daily….this time blocking the promotions of women and minorities, cuz he’s an asshole, like his boss.

 Pete Hegseth, the defense secretary, recently blocked the promotions of at least seven Navy officers who had been selected by a board of senior admirals to rise to one-star admiral rank. His actions appeared to violate promotion system rules and disproportionally affected women and minority officers.

Duh, really? Ya think?
