Dotard blames vandals for his reflecting pool fiasco, and his henchmen arrested one of them…a 67 year old ex-Olympian who touched some peeling paint, and let it go when told.

 Hearn told The Associated Press that he only reached into the pool because he wanted to examine the peeling new coating, and he only briefly touched a chunk that was still attached to the side of the pool, then let go shortly after a park worker told him to.

He was arrested for vandalism and now has a court date.

BUT….Dotard needed ‘vandals’ and this is who his minions provided, so the gullible ignorant sheep would have a villain.
