 President Donald Trump has systematically downsized federal cyberdefense capabilities, notably a $707 million cut to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) annual budget and shrinking its workforce by about a third.   • Department of Defense (DoD) Rollbacks: The DoD suspended phase two of the Cybersecurity Program, to protect from foreign cyber hacks.
