Veteran journalist Scott Pelley said network leadership directed journalists to shape their coverage to favor President Donald Trump and his administration. And fired anyone who disagreed.

 For as long as I can remember, ‘60 Minutes’ brought us honest, unvarnished truth. And then the Trumpies bought the network, put Bari Weiss in charge, and gutted the show.

Trump is continuing to follow ‘Dictator 101’ rules, going after media, like Colbert and ‘60 Minutes’, that doesn’t kiss his ass. Long time stalwarts like NPR and Stars and Stripes…he’s gutting them by drastically cutting funding, until their reporting bends to his will.

Scott Pelley stood up for the integrity of the long running, award winning program and was fired when he accused CBS News editor-in-chief Bari Weiss of “murdering” the esteemed news magazine.

“She does not love this place. She was brought in to kill it and is doing exactly that,” Pelley said of Weiss, a former opinion columnist and founder of the “anti-woke” outlet The Free Press. 

She was tapped to helm CBS News after parent company Paramount was acquired by Skydance in 2025. and decided to ‘gut’ the program, as a show of power.


If this doesn’t bother you, as our free speech and democracy is attacked …WTF is wrong with you?

Yahoo…Dotard’s Big Beautiful Diesel Deal pissed off Ukraine and most of the world, plus well over half of Congress and the US, BUT, it helped his buddy Putin and his partners in Big Oil, sooo, we can see where the dick’s priorities are.

  President Donald Trump’s diesel deal with Russia would supply the global market with 4.8 million metric tons, or nearly 36 million barrels total.  This is equivalent to a little more than a single day of global demand.  The U.S. is a net diesel exporter so it does not need Russian supply, said Andy Lipow, president of Lipow Oil Associates. Goldman Sachs estimated the initial Russian release would only reduce wholesale diesel prices by $1 to $2 per barrel, which is currently at approximately $200/barrel.
