Did you know?

That the family of each soldier killed in Iraq gets a check for $500,000? It used to be $12,000, in 2004. That enlistment bonuses of $40,000 keep 'boots on the ground'? Now, 5 years after 'shock and awe', George's War costs over $5000/second, $411,ooo,ooo/day, and over 12 billion/month. The average family of four's share is $330/month, for a total of over $50,000? And this doesn't count a LOT of off the book, and indirect costs. W does have a plan. And that is to hand it off to the next president. If that's McCain, (or McSame), he says we can be there for another 100 years. Gotta love them Republicans. So, as you see our economy spiral out of control, with unsustainable debt, be sure to thank the Bush administration, for the gift that just keeps on giving. That is, if you are in weapons manufacture, big oil, or prosthetics sales. If not, just bite the bullet, and think what might have been, if daddy Bush's supreme court, and Jeb Bush's Florida hadn't given us that cowboy con man, GEORGE W BUSH. Without a doubt, the worst thing to EVER happen to this great country.

Marking a grim milestone, a determined President Bush declared yesterday the lives of 4,000 U.S. military men and women who have died in Iraq "were not in vain."
"One day people will look back at this moment in history and say, 'Thank God there were couragous people willing to serve, because they laid the foundation for peace for generations to come'," Mr. Bush said after a State Department briefing about long-term diplomatic efforts.
"I have vowed in the past, and I will vow so long as I'm President, to make sure that those lives were not lost in vain- that, in fact, there is an outcome that will merit the sacrifice," Mr. Bush Said.

History will not look kindly on this administration. A generation lost, torn, mangled, plagued by Depression, PTS, scarred beyond repair, will not look kindly on this administration. Families wrecked by death and deprivation will not forget what this administration has wrought in the last 8 years. I pray that we will not forget. Those of us that have eyes that see and ears that hear, hearts that break and the wisdom to understand the folly of this administration's foolhearty actions 6 years ago, will not forget! Others who approved of this illegal action against a foreign nation are only fooling themselves and will believe anything. Just as the story of Chicken Little, that is the Legacy of the Bush Administration.
