(kinda) healthy snack. I say kinda, because with the salad dressing it isn't ideal, BUT it's good. Just get a head of Romaine lettuce and break off the leaves, fold and dip them in various combinations of salad dressing. Crisp, crunchy and tasty. Yummm

If you like that, you should try bok choy. You can eat it raw, or in stir fry. Yum yum
