Am taking a break,


on the political front. For a while, FOXNews can say whatever they want and I'm gonna try not to watch or listen to it. Bush is gone, and although we continue to suffer from his policies, he's not coming back. Am making an effort to remove what little stress I have in my life, and I think that's a great place to start. No guarantees or time frames involved, and if there's a particularly egregious story I MAY have to comment, but, at this time, I'm taking a break. I really don't think I make that much difference in the grand scheme of things, anyway. Adios

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

Just wait 'til Bonehead leads us all over the cliff, to save his 2% buddies having to pay a little higher tax. The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap. They keep forgetting we're not all a bunch of FOXNews sheep, who'll swallow whatever swill is shoveled to them.
