By the time Mitt Romney ended his tenure as governor of Massachusetts, 67% of his constituents disapproved of his performance. This was a steep decline from a 66% approval rating when he took office.
Bottom line, after talked his way into office, with the same kind of lies he's using now, the people saw who/what he really is. 34% approval isn't as bad as Bush's 22%. or Cheney's 9%, but it's the same neighborhood.
