Interesting thoughts from a Repub who refuses to vote for Boss Hogg.

 Trump’s embarrassing loss in 2020 should have ended his political career. But he found a way to survive with claims of a stolen election. His cultish base naturally believed the lies he told and tied the Republican Party to Trump for at least two more election cycles in the process, even after Republicans failed to get their red wave in the 2022 midterm elections.

I have little reason to believe that Trump won’t do the same thing this time if he loses again. He has already laid the groundwork.

Yahoo…Dotard’s Big Beautiful Diesel Deal pissed off Ukraine and most of the world, plus well over half of Congress and the US, BUT, it helped his buddy Putin and his partners in Big Oil, sooo, we can see where the dick’s priorities are.

  President Donald Trump’s diesel deal with Russia would supply the global market with 4.8 million metric tons, or nearly 36 million barrels total.  This is equivalent to a little more than a single day of global demand.  The U.S. is a net diesel exporter so it does not need Russian supply, said Andy Lipow, president of Lipow Oil Associates. Goldman Sachs estimated the initial Russian release would only reduce wholesale diesel prices by $1 to $2 per barrel, which is currently at approximately $200/barrel.
