What? The dumbass(R) finally figured out WHO PAYS his stooopid tariffs?

 WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump announced Friday that he was scrapping U.S. tariffs on beef, coffee, tropical fruits and a broad swath of other commodities — a dramatic move that comes amid mounting pressure on his administration to better combat high consumer prices.

Administration's Goal: The move was specifically announced to address rising grocery prices, including the significant increases seen in the price of roasted coffee (up nearly 19% year-over-year as of a recent September measure).
