I wish someone would explain to this recording site that Climate Change and Global Warming is just a Chinese hoax, so they’d stop reporting this nonsense. Cuz the downstream water users, like Phoenix, might really freak out.

 The SNOTEL recording site on Vail Mountain showed, on Tuesday, 4.4 inches of snow-water equivalent, making something many suspected would happen to now be official: It’s the worst snowpack in the area’s history of snowpack recording.

Snow telemetry, or SNOTEL, is an automated system of more than 600 snowpack and water measuring sensors operated by the Natural Resources Conservation Service of the United States Department of Agriculture.

I imagine the Trump administration will soon be FIRING those in charge, and replacing them with someone who will put numbers that are in line with the president’s wishes. 

Like the Bureau of Labor Statistics, whose numbers were MUCH better this month….
