The Monroe Doctrine stated that the US had a right to defend our hemisphere against takeovers by foreign powers.

 Dotard turned that around to his Donroe Doctrine, that he claims gives him the power to take anything he wants, within our hemisphere.

Close, Boss Hogg, but no cigar….although the clowns at FOX are as clueless about the Monroe Doctrine as the jackass in the White House, as they shovel the shit to the sheep.
