Carol had some excitement,


near her office today. A man/woman team robbed a bank, made a get away, until they had to stop for gas, then had a shoot out with the local police. Surprise, they lost the gunfight. Their car looked like Bonny and Clyde's sedan. Over 50 bullet holes visible. Don't f**k w/Broomfield cops. They know how to shoot. Just kinda sad someone got to the point they thought robbing a bank was their best option. This economy is gonna bring out more of this stuff...

Possibly these individuals required the cash for their weekly trip to one local "Medical" clincs which have begun to help so many people in Colorado with "needs" regular prescription medication cannot. Tell me, did the police find medical cards on them when they were arrested or were their bodies to riddled with bullets to know?

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...
