Over two thirds


of the country, as we struggle with the current recession/depression, is in favor of financial reform and regulations, for Wall St and large banks, after the bailouts and billions of dollars in bonuses, BUT the Repubs on Capitol Hill are 100% against it. Not one has signed on, and are fighting it at every step. Keep it up guys. You are SO obvious, and the American people won't forget.

Yup, makes me nervous, angry, frustrated and very concerned about our future, as I don't see it getting better. Much like our economy, though I do hope I'm wrong.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

Just wait 'til Bonehead leads us all over the cliff, to save his 2% buddies having to pay a little higher tax. The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap.
