Watched most of a 3 hour documentary,

last night on PBS. 'Makers: Women Who Make America'. Was very interesting how the role of women has changed over the last 50 years, with birth control, advances in the work place. and the Equal Rights Amendment, which the Repubs stalled for decades. After seeing how the Pubs constantly and consistently denigrate and fight women's rights, I honestly can't imagine ANY woman being Republican unless she really enjoys the biblical model of being a 2nd class citizen, barefoot and pregnant, subservient to her husband/ boss, and/or is in the 1%, that the Pubs are all about. An interesting, informataive program that should be required viewing.

Yahoo…Dotard’s Big Beautiful Diesel Deal pissed off Ukraine and most of the world, plus well over half of Congress and the US, BUT, it helped his buddy Putin and his partners in Big Oil, sooo, we can see where the dick’s priorities are.

  President Donald Trump’s diesel deal with Russia would supply the global market with 4.8 million metric tons, or nearly 36 million barrels total.  This is equivalent to a little more than a single day of global demand.  The U.S. is a net diesel exporter so it does not need Russian supply, said Andy Lipow, president of Lipow Oil Associates. Goldman Sachs estimated the initial Russian release would only reduce wholesale diesel prices by $1 to $2 per barrel, which is currently at approximately $200/barrel.
