Wow, after months of no houses for sale in the neighborhood, all of a sudden we have two.

Two houses to.the south, also on the golf course, is 1106 Oakhurst Dr, at only $870,000 and a few houses to the north is 1218 Clubhouse Dr, a bargain at only $899,000.
Good news, bad news, but it’s only bad news for us, cuz the taxes are going up, and we ain’t selling.....
