Captain Chaos must be laughing his fat ass off as his economic ‘policies’, tariffs ON, tariffs OFF, tariffs ON for a month, tariffs OFF for certain countries/products etc, roil the world’s financial markets.

 The power hungry jerk LOVES to flex the control he has over the markets while the ‘little people’ lose jobs, security and 401k profits, but still better than Ukraine, as he cozies up to Putin, while abandoning those brave enough to fight his dictator buddy’s land grab.
