During the California wildfires, Trump claimed he’d fix the problem, by ‘releasing’ water. The dumbass then ordered two reservoirs, used for valuable summer irrigation, to be drained, although the water never got close to the fires. It was all lost.

 He then claimed a victory, saying the water had come from Canada.
