Quick story here, just to lighten the mood, after I saw an article about Waterford, Ireland.

We were traveling and crossed the Irish Sea, docking in Waterford after a long day.

We were booked at a rustic country inn and headed off to an early bedtime after a long day, BUT, the music was kinda loud, from a wedding reception.

Twas too loud to sleep so I went down to the festivities and was just in time for the first dance between the groom and his new bride.

Their first dance song was ‘Ho Hey’ by the Lumineers, and most of the guests were drinking Coors Light.

I joined the fun and mentioned the Lumineers were a local band and the Coors was brewed 7 miles from my house.

Wellllll, it was the beginning of a great evening, meeting the locals, drinking, dancing and reminding me of why I love to travel as I melded with my new friends and had a memorable evening.

Tis good to reflect on the good times as I enter my rocking chair years….

Not sure why,

You think the Repub brand is tarnished now?
