The rightwingnuts are calling for a local councilman to resign, cuz they don’t like him telling the truth. Deal with it, hypocrites.

 His piece, in part, says: “People I love and respect have been expressing a wide range of emotions regarding these events. On one side, violence is never the answer. On the other, Kirk spouted hateful, misogynistic, homophobic rhetoric. Some are saying he got what he deserved.” That paragraph is followed by: “My own emotions have swung widely after these events. How did we get here?”

I couldn’t agree more…
