 Remember last year when Trump issued one of his plethora of dictatorial “Executive Orders” which defined “antifa” as a “domestic terrorist organization”?  A category which doesn’t even exist in US Law.

 

Well, some “antifa” activists - most of whom did nothing more than vandalize (spray painting graffiti, damaging a surveillance camera and setting off fireworks) at a federal ICE facility in Texas - have just been sentenced to between 50 to 70 years in federal prison.  For committing vandalism to a federal building.  Which makes them “:domestic terrorists” – no different than Al Qaeda.

 

So let’s get this straight: If you storm the U. S. Capitol building shouting for death for Congresspersons and the Vice President, beat police officers by the dozens to within inches of their lives, destroy offices and federal records and defecate on the floor of the “People’s House” – you get sentences of five to ten years for the most extreme cases.  

 

And then the next president pardons everyone and calls them all “patriots” who were “filled with love”.

 

But if you vandalize an ICE facility (where people are being illegally held in brutal conditions without habeas corpus) using a can spray paint  – you get 50 years in the slammer.

 

American Democracy and Justice are dead (in case you hadn’t noticed yet).  And we are all antifa now.
