Casey Anthony's defense,
in the murder trial of her daughter, consists partly of explaining why she lies so much. Her lawyer claims she was raised in in an environment of lies and half truths. Well, I can sort of understand that. When you are a child, and 'reality' continually changes, and the adults in your life can't be trusted for basic facts, I can see how a young mind can be affected. It is not the fault of that child, when she grows up and can't be trusted to tell the truth. Children are the result of their home life, and when they are surrounded by adults who, for one reason or another can't be trusted to tell basic truths, of course the child will grow up to tell lies. You can't really blame the kid, when she is raised in an environment where truth doesn't matter, with constantly changing 'facts', and parents who have a problem telling the truth. Just look at the children who are raised in cults. It's not their fault when they grow up needing professional help, and not being able to tell truth from fiction. They were programmed that way, and who can be surprised when they lie? Not me...

However, how many times did Casey change her story on where her daughter was?
BTW, I do agree, why put duct tape on an already dead body? That flies in the face of reason, just as Casey Anthony's innocence. The entire family is guilty of dysfunction.
OJ finally received his come-up-ance. He'll not see the freedom in his lifetime.
Eleven hours it took the jury to come up with a not guilty verdict! I believe they just didn't want to deal with it any longer and actually took pity on Anthony, fell prey to her court room antics, having to literally face her day after day, see her tears, frowns, scowls when her family testified. Possibly too much sunshine can actually kill brain cells?
