even for the 'Party of NO', the Pubs slunk out of town for their August recess, unable to agree 'WITHIN THEIR OWN PARTY', so there wasn't even a vote on the vital transportation bill. The Tea Party Pubs did their typical thing, but the moderates recognized there is a disaster looming and tried to find some common ground to keep the gov't from crashing this fall. Good luck! Just when you think the 'do nothing' obstructionists can't get any worse, they never fail to disappoint, as the train wreck of the US Congress careens toward total dysfunction. The Repubs are sticking with their plan. Wreck it all and maybe the voters will choose them to fix it. Sickening....

Yahoo…Dotard’s Big Beautiful Diesel Deal pissed off Ukraine and most of the world, plus well over half of Congress and the US, BUT, it helped his buddy Putin and his partners in Big Oil, sooo, we can see where the dick’s priorities are.

  President Donald Trump’s diesel deal with Russia would supply the global market with 4.8 million metric tons, or nearly 36 million barrels total.  This is equivalent to a little more than a single day of global demand.  The U.S. is a net diesel exporter so it does not need Russian supply, said Andy Lipow, president of Lipow Oil Associates. Goldman Sachs estimated the initial Russian release would only reduce wholesale diesel prices by $1 to $2 per barrel, which is currently at approximately $200/barrel.
