Interesting show on CBS News Sunday Morning about Portugal and COVID

 Unlike the US, Portugal doesn’t have a rightwingnut population that listens to paid liars like FOX.

Instead of 62% vaccination, like the US, Portugal has over a 98% vaccination rate.

And , SURPRISE, their economy has bounced back. Things are almost totally back to normal, and although there are a few cases, VERY few people die, unlike the US, where the unvaxxed morons(R) die at the rate of over 1000 per day.

BTW, just saw where Singapore has refused to cover the medical expenses for the  unvaxxed. BRAVO!

If only the US had such wisdom. Less $$ wasted and fewer morons(R) in the gene pool.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...
