 What the hell took so long to deploy them?

The new $800 million aid package centers on weapons that the Ukrainian military has already been using effectively against the Russians. And it includes air defense systems urgently needed to defend cities from the overwhelming barrage of missiles being launched by Russian forces.

Also included are Switchblade drones, also known as "kamikaze drones." Carried in a backpack, it can be flown directly at a tank or a group of troops, and is destroyed when it hits the target and explodes.

Over three weeks it took to think they might help?

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...
