A reality check of the 14th Amendment, for the crowd that’s for Law and Order, UNTIL it applies to one of their own.

Fourteenth Amendment

  • Section 3 Disqualification from Holding Office

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.

Key words include-Disqualification from holding office, and:

No person shall hold office, having previously taken an oath as officer of the US to support Constitution, shall have ENGAGED in insurrection or rebellion, or given AID to the enemies thereof. (Trump took oath and engaged with insurrectionists, without a doubt).

Nothing about being CONVICTED of treason, or even having a trial, only having engaged, which he undeniably DID.

Benedict Donald invited the insurrectionists to come to Washington, ‘it’s gonna be WILD’, on the day power passed to new, ELECTED president, Jan 6, and he and his his people met with the leaders of Oath Keepers, Proud Boys and many other leaders of the bloody, violent coup, leading up to Jan 6. (FACT, not conjecture). They didn’t show up uninvited.

This is ENGAGING in an INSURRECTION!

He knowingly LIED about a Stolen Election (over sixty, mostly Repub courts agreed) to incite the bloody riots, and sat by, watching on TV, for over four hours, until he saw his insurrection fail, and then FINALLY asked them to stand down.

AND, the insurrectionist pig asked (several times) for metal detectors to be taken down so his armed thugs could enter the fray. This is FACT, not conjecture!

Bottom line, the 14th Amendment is clear, and Boss Hogg clearly is guilty of ‘engaging in insurrection’.

BTW, Webster's definition of insurrection: an instance of revolting especially violently against civil or political authority or against an established government. also : the crime of inciting or engaging in such revolt to prevent the peaceful transfer of power.

Duh, ya think he did that?
