I know they’ll do it, I’m just wondering how they’ll justify it…..

 Being a proud Coloradan, especially after Trump was barred from the (primary) ballot, I have no doubt that SCOTUS, with three of Boss Hogg’s appointees will find a way to keep him on the national ballot, BUT, I wonder what convoluted logic they will use to keep from enforcing the 14 Amendment, which is very clear and forthright.

The amendment doesn’t say a person needs to be CONVICTED of treason, or anything, but merely to ENGAGE in insurrection. The definition of insurrection clearly applies to his violent goon squad that was invited on Jan 6th, (the day that power is officially passed), cuz ‘it’s gonna be wild’, based on LIES by the morally bankrupt conman/grifter and Benedict Donald was certainly involved in MANY aspects of gathering his insurrectionists.
He was an ‘elected official’ even though the word president wasn’t specifically named by our founders, cuz it’s obvious that the highest position in the land shouldn’t be held by someone who ‘engages in insurrection’.
Bottom line, his sycophants among the Supremes will definitely find a way to skirt the Constitution and the 14 Amendment, because if they don’t his well armed FOXFed minions will take to the streets.
I’m just wondering HOW they will justify it.
Try to enjoy the holidays anyway, as our country faces the prospect of dictatorship, thanks to Bullshit Mountain and a bunch of gullible, ignorant sheep who put party before country, at any cost…

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW.
