Just to keep it REAL simple, so even the ‘reading challenged’ rightwingnuts can understand. Here’s the 14th Amendment, in a nutshell.

 If anyone who has taken an oath to uphold the Constitution ENGAGES in an Insurrection, they are not able to hold office in the US.

It says NOTHING about being convicted, of treason or anything else.

Trump took an oath, and he engaged in insurrection (see definition in any dictionary) SO, the criminal asshole is not legally qualified to run for president.

What the hell is so damn hard to understand?

The violent mob was INVITED by Trump, ‘Gonna be a WILD time on Jan 6’, and he and his people met with the leaders of the mob, who were incited with Dotard’s LIES about a Stolen Election.

So simple that even a double digit IQ FOXSheep should be able to understand, IF they remove their firmly and deeply implanted head.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store
