 The (un)disputed section says, “No person shall … hold any office … under the United States … who, having previously taken an oath … to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”

Sooo, tell me exactly WHY this Amendment doesn’t apply to the jackass who incited the crowd, ‘Come to Washington on Jan 6th, it’s gonna be WILD’, and then he and his people met with the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys, who LED the attack, which Benedict Dotard incited with LIES about a Stolen Election and that day said, ‘You gotta FIGHT LIKE HELL’.

And then he watched his misinformed thugs attack and injure over 140 cops, trying to protect Congressmen and the building, for over FOUR HOURS, waiting until the battle was over to call off his goon squad.

Please tell me how the 14th Amendment doesn’t apply to this scumbag.
