It’s OBVIOUS that the the LYING criminal conman shouldn’t be immune from the multitude of crimes he committed, before, during and after his presidency, BUT,

 I just wonder what kind of pretzels the Supremes will twist themselves into, trying to justify his crime spree.

Trump is not immune in 2020 election interference case, appeals court rules

WASHINGTON — A federal appeals court on Tuesday rejected Donald Trump’s broad claim that he is immune from prosecution for alleged criminal acts he committed as president in trying to overturn the 2020 election in a chain of events that led to the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol.

And then we have his theft of Top Secret documents, and all the LIES that went with that, and then the Big One, where it’s OBVIOUS that the morally bankrupt Insurrectionist is Constitutionally BARRED from holding office, after ‘engaging’, at the very least, in an Insurrection.

Oughta be interesting to see how his handpicked judiciary finds a way around the Constitution, which the Pubs regard SO highly, until it get in the way of the criminal conman who is the best they can find, to lead their once legitimate party.

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW.
